1、万方数据摘要高粱各种性状的抗旱系数相关的8个QTLs,分别定位在1、4、6、7染色体上。在第l染色体上12.8~21.0cM区段里检测到3个QTLs,联合贡献率为16.28%。第4染色体上125cM的位置检测出1个QTLs,LOD值4.10,可解释7.08%的表型变异。第6染色体上102.4eM的物理位置上定位到1个QTLs,LOD值3.43。第7染色体上102.3"-'105.9cM区段上检测到3个QTLs,联合贡献率为15.57%。关键词:高粱:抗旱性;遗传图谱;SNP:QTL定位万方数据AB
