2、tionhasbeenaproblemofcosmopolitan.Thethesisstudiedthephotosynthesis,isoenzyme,ultrastructureandthedamnificationofDNAofShanghaiqingandI他yueman,whichwereplantedinhydrponicsolutionaddeddifferentquantityofCopper.Themainconclusionsofinvestigationwereasfollow:1.TheCopperstresshadobviouslytoxiceffectso
3、nShanghaiqingandWuyueman.ItrestrainedthegrowthofShanghaiqingandWuyueman.AlongwiththeincreasingofCopperconcentrationandthetimeofdisposal,bothShanghaiqingandWuyueman"slaminaebecameetiolation、therootslostwater、rootandstembecameblack.Atlasttheplantwiltedandwenttodeath.ShanghaiqingwasmoresensitivetoC
4、opperstressconcludingfromtheappearingtimeanddegreeofsymptom.Therootswereaffectedmorethantheovergroundpartwhenexposedtothesameionconcentrationandsametimeofexposure.2.TheCopperstressrestainedthephotosynthesisofChinesecabbage.Itinducedtothedropofphotosynthesispigments’content,thefellofphotosynthesi
5、s'sintensionandHillreactionactivity.TheactivityofATPasepresentedincreasefirstandreduceafterwardsalongwiththetreatingconcentration.3.StudiedthechangeofChinesecabbage’sisoenzyme(PODandSOD)underCopperstressforthefirsttime.Theresultindicatedthatthedifferencebetweenthenormalandlowconcentrationwasunco
