3、mebecomesoneofthetopproblemsintheworld,thevolumeoftrafficspendsmanytimeandmuchmoney,thetrafficvolumegrowsdaily,andthereisnoteffectiveandsuitablesolutionsforgrowsproblem.ThispaperwillpresentanddescribeaneffectiveapproachtointegratetheServiceOrientedArchitecturewithmobiledev
4、icesandservicesagentsinTrafficManagementSystems(TMS).TheTrafficVolumeControlSystem(TVCS)shouldenablemobileshortmessageservice(SMS)notifications.Unfortunately,cellularSMSnotificationbasedonservicesthatarenotaspectoftheTVCS.Developingalteredexteriorsystemsandservices,tobevir
5、tuallyaspectofTVCS,areoneofthemostincorporationdifficulties.Inthispaper,aServiceOrientedArchitecture(SOA)approachtoincludecellularSMSalertsinTVCSispresented.SuggestedStructureincludestwolayers:ServicelayerandInterfacelayer.TheServicelayerincludesallthesystemsoftware.Theser
