1、中文摘要摘要直流伺服电机在各个领域得到广泛应用,高性能的调速控制方法逐渐成为一个重要的研究方向,直流伺服电机本身具有时变性、非线性、强耦合性等特点。PID控制是工业控制中最常用的控制方法,但是用其对复杂的非线性的对象或过程进行控制则难以达到满意的效果,神经网络控制具有非线性映射能力、学习能力以及自适应能力,所以本文研究了基于RBF神经网络的PID控制算法。本文提出了一种基于RBF神经网络的整定的PID控制器来控制直流伺服电动机,通过RBF神经网络对PID控制器的整定,从而实现使直流伺服电机调速系统达到适应环境变化的目的。在本文中首先分析了
2、输入为方波信号时两种控制器的仿真,接着介绍了输入为阶跃信号的仿真分析,最后介绍了当加入干扰时的仿真分析。在理论上应用基于RBF神经网络的整定的PID控制器的系统,有更好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,使系统的运行更加平稳。同时,通过MATLAB仿真结果表明,利用基于RBF神经网络的PID控制器相对于常规PID控制器有响应速度快、控制精度高,抗干扰能力强等优点。关键词:直流伺服电动机,RBF神经网络,PID,MATLAB-32-英文摘要ABSTRACTDCservomotorsarewidelyusedinvariousfields,thehigh-
