1、摘要摘要本课题结合中矿集团岭南金矿的实际情况,自动化程度低,全部工作要依靠老工人的经验来处理,也很难做到合理时间来进行排水,造成很大的浪费。本系统采用通用的GE90-30系列PLC,并结合各种传感器,完成系统设计中要实现的控制功能。本系统采用水泵及管路的“自动轮换”工作制。又根据“避峰填谷”的原则确定开启水泵台数,以达到节省用电的目的。在就地PC端,采用易控组态监控系统监视设备的运行情况及各个运行参数,做到有故障及时发现并尽早处理。GE90-30通过通讯模块,采用RS-485通信标准与就地PC建立联系。本论文结合矿山排水现状做出结合实际的控制系统,在论文内容的安排上按照以下介绍
2、。首先是熟悉矿山排水自动化的现状,了解矿山排水自动化各控制系统的构成及工作情况,再深入了解选择使用的PLC的型号,功能,特点,为后期做出基础工作,再就是说明本课题的设计思路和设计的控制顺序,最后做出系统中部分程序和电气连接,以便为后期工程施工,做好理论和工程指导。关键字:矿山排水自动化,PLC,自动控制IAbstractAbstractThesubjectcombinedwiththeLingnanGoldMineofZhongkuangcompanythatthelowdegreeofautomationandalloftheworkhavetorelyontheexperi
