1、哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业论文(设计)某中型客车空气悬架性能分析与设计摘要随着我国公路运输业的发展,人们对汽车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和乘坐舒适性提出更高的要求。因此,研究如何使车辆行驶性能达到理想性能指标已是重要课题。在传统的被动悬架中各参数一经确定就无法改变,而空气悬架以空气弹簧为弹性元件,利用气体的可压缩性实现弹性作用。不论满载还是空载,空气弹簧中的气压能够随载荷和道路条件变化而进行自动调节,整车高度不会变化,可以大大提高乘坐的舒适性。随着人们对舒适性要求的提高,空气弹簧悬架因其独特的性能和适应性,正在逐步替代
2、传统的钢板和螺旋弹簧悬架。本文介绍了比较常见的客车空气悬架结构形式,对比了各自的优缺点。对复合式空气悬架系统进行总体方案设计、零部件设计、悬架刚度计算以及减振器的选择,在此基础上进行空气悬架结构强度校核。本文结合CATIA软件进行计算机三维建模,绘制三维实体图;结合MATLAB/SIMULINK进行联合时域仿真,得出不同位移输入下的位移响应,进而分析整车平顺性。关键词:空气悬架系统;设计;三维建模;仿真-I-哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业论文(设计)AnalysisandDesignOfAMedium-sizedBus
