1、贵州农业科学2013,41(10):14~18GuizhouAgriculturalSciences[文章编号]1001—3601(2013)10—0572—0014—05不同血缘玉米自交系的抗旱性鉴定潘周云,陈瑾,杨世佳,潘中涛,赵艳花,蔡甫格,张鹏(贵州省安顺市农业科学研究所,贵州安顺561000)[摘要]为了探明不同血缘玉米自交系的抗(耐)旱特性,采用盆栽试验研究干旱胁迫对6个自育玉米自交系产量构成因子、主要农艺性状、丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:1)在干旱胁迫下,6个玉米自交系农艺性状间的差异达显著或极显著水平,干旱胁迫对玉米自交系各
2、性状的影响达极显著水平。2)干旱胁迫可导致各自交系主要农艺性状的抗旱系数下降,且以拔节期+抽雄期干旱胁迫对玉米自交系产量构成因子的影响最大,抽雄期次之,拔节期最小。3)干旱胁迫使玉米自交系的丙二醛含量和游离脯氨酸含量大量积累。4)6个自交系中以苏65和D902的综合抗旱性最好,抗旱能力最稳定,其综合抗旱系数分别为0.84和0.82,变异系数分别为11.28和9.32;AS一丹混的综合抗性最差,其综合抗旱系数和变异系数分别为0.73和20.17。因此,在贵州进行玉米品种选育时,以苏65及D902自交系为亲本较易成功组配抗旱性较强的玉米新品种。[关键词]玉米自
