5、四轮驱动(四轮驱动)之间做操作转换,系统就会在瞬间将适当的驱动力传递给后轮。两轮驱动(2WD)和四轮驱动之间的转换机构内置于后差速器总成中,与其合成为一体,这使得系统即轻便又紧凑。另外,双泵系统在前进档制动时撤消后轮驱动力。这样,可使配备有防抱死制动系统(ABS)车型的制动系统能够正常工作。构造后差速器总成包括扭矩控制后差速器壳体总成和后差速器行星架总成。扭矩控制后差速器壳体总成包括后差速器离合器总成、结合法兰和油泵体总成。后差速器行星架总成由各种机构组成。后差速器主动齿轮和从动齿轮为准双曲面齿轮。油泵体总成包括前油泵、后油泵、液压控制机构和离
6、合器活塞。离合器活塞上有一个盘簧,该盘簧向后差速器离合器总成提供预置扭矩,以防总成发出异常噪声。后差速器离合器总成中的离合器导套通过结合法兰与传动轴连接,并接收来自分动器总成的驱动力。离合器导套在油泵体中驱动离合器隔板和前油泵旋转。后差速器离合器总成中的离合器轴套上有一个离合器片,该离合器片与准双曲面主动小齿轮通过花键联接。准双曲面主动齿轮驱动后油泵。前、后油泵均为余摆线泵。后油泵容积比前油泵大2.5%,以此平衡由于轮胎磨损和急转弯制动所引起的前后轮转速差。油泵在反向旋转时,可利用其进油口作为出油口。应使用纯正的HondaDPSF(双泵系统油液
7、),而不再使用后差速器油。操作当前轮(离合器导套)和后轮(准双曲面从动齿轮)之间产生转速差时,来自前、后油泵的液压促使后差速器离合器啮合,将来自分动器总成的驱动力施加到后轮上。在车辆突然起动时,或在前进档或倒档加速时(引起前后轮之间的转速差),或在倒档制动时(减速时),油泵体中的液压控制机构将会选择四轮驱动模式。在车辆于前进档或倒档做匀速行驶时,(此时前后轮之间无转速差),或在前进档制动时(减速时),则转换为两轮驱动模式。为保护系统,无论在四轮驱动还是两轮驱动模式下,后差速器离合器总成均通过油泵所产生的液压供油润滑。另外,当后差速器的温度超过正
