1、我国基层公务员激励机制研究我国基层公务员激励机制研究摘要当前，公务员激励机制正逐渐为人们所重视，有效的公务员激励机制将有助于公务员管理队伍在实践中发挥积极的理论指导作用。由于国内学者对公务员激励这一问题进行的探索和研究主要还停留在理论机制研究上，所以本文通过运用相关的激励理论，在总结前人研究成果的基础上，对基层公务员激励机制进行实证研究，从而提出完善基层公务员的激励机制的对策，为我国公务员制度的改革提供一定的理论基础和经验支持，对激发我国基层公务员的潜能，提高基层政府的绩效有重要的研究意义。本文坚持理论联系实际的方法，即理论分析和调查研究
2、相结合的方法，因为公务员制度建设是一门实践性很强的科学，所以应以基层公务员激励机制的建设实践为主要基础，展开研究。用继承的观点、历史的观点，即历史的和逻辑的辩证法研究，认真分析基层公务员激励制度现状，揭示现行基层公务员激励制度问题存在的根源，最后提出完善现行基层公务员激励机制的对策。关键词：基层公务员，激励机制，对策III我国基层公务员激励机制研究ResearchonChina'sgrass-rootscivilservantsincentivemechanismAbstractABSTRACTAtpresent,theincentive
