1、毕业论文（设计）学生手册天津财经大学珠江学院教务部制企业集团资金管理问题及对策研究[摘要]随着社会经济的高速发展，经济全球化的不断深入，企业集团作为适应社会生产力和市场经济发展要求而产生的一种企业组织形式，在现代市场经济中占据着举足轻重的地位。资金又是企业生存和发展的重要基础，被视为企业生产经营的血液，一直受到企业的高度重视。企业管理以财务管理为中心，财务管理以资金管理为中心。资金管理作为企业集团管理的最核心内容已经在业界形成广泛共识。由于企业集团对资金的管控能力不强，监督不力，以及信息化技术落后等相关问题的存在导致企业集团资金散乱，使
2、用效率低下，本位主义严重，财务信息失真失效。本文在企业集团资金管理问题及对策研究上从四个部分进行阐述。第一部分是对企业集团资金管理进行概述，介绍了企业集团的含义，企业集团资金管理的特征，以及企业集团资金管理的作用。第二部分就对企业集团资金管理方面存在的问题进行列举。第三部分是根据存在的问题，找出问题存在的原因，主要原因有三方面。第一是企业集团公司治理结构不合理，第二是企业集团资金管理制度不完善，第三是企业集团信息化技术落后。本文的最后部分就是分析完企业集团资金管理存在的问题后，提出相应的对策。[关键词]企业集团资金管理对策Abstrac
