1、2014年2月电工技术学报Vol.29No.2第29卷第2期TRANSACTIONSOFCHINAELECTROTECHNICALSOCIETYFeb.2014含风/光/柴/蓄及海水淡化负荷的微电网容量优化配置张建华于雷刘念肖锐(新能源电力系统国家重点实验室(华北电力大学)北京102206)摘要多种能源互补的微电网供电模式,是解决未来海岛供电问题的有效途径之一。根据海岛用水需求及海水淡化系统的特点,综合考虑系统运行的经济性及环境效益,提出了协调海水淡化负荷、蓄电池及柴油发电机运行的功率分配策略。在此基础上,提出了含风/光/柴/蓄及海水淡化负荷的微电网多目标容量优化配置模型,建立
2、了含系统投资运行成本和可再生能源利用比例的目标函数,构造了考虑微网、储能及柴机运行特点的约束条件,并采用自适应多目标差分进化算法进行求解。最后,以某地区海岛微电网为实例,通过建模、求解及分析,结果验证了所提优化配置方法的有效性,为海岛微电网的规划设计提供了理论依据和技术支撑。关键词:微电网海水淡化可再生能源容量配置中图分类号:TM715CapacityConfigurationOptimizationforIslandMicrogridwithWind/Photovoltaic/Diesel/StorageandSeawaterDesalinationLoadZhangJian
