1、胎鼠胃上皮细胞增殖、凋亡与胃形态发生的关系作者:林雪梅,汪维伟,李芳菲单位:重庆医科大学基础医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室,基础医学研究所,重庆市生物化学与分子药理学重点实验室,重庆提要:目的研究胎鼠胃上皮细胞增殖、凋亡的时空规律及其与胃形态发生的关系。方法每间隔0.5d取E11~15.5d小鼠整胎,横断连续切片,观察胃形态发生,体视学法测量胃贲门、幽门、大弯、小弯上皮分裂细胞密度(DMC)、凋亡小体密度(DAB)。结果①E11.5d胃开始发育,E12d胃底膨出,胃大、小弯出现。②上皮细胞DMC峰值均在DAB峰值之前。③贲门处
2、DMC无明显峰值,DAB峰值在E11.5、12.5、13.5d;幽门处DMC峰值在E12.5d,DAB峰值在E14d;大弯DMC峰值在E11.5、12d时,DAB值持续较低;小弯DMC峰值在E11.5d,DAB峰值在E12.5d。结论胎鼠胃上皮细胞的增殖及凋亡与胃发生有密切的时空关系。关键词:胎鼠;胃;增殖;凋亡;形态发生中图法分类号:Q954.48;Q954.58文献标识码:ACorrelationofgastricmorphogenesiswithproliferationandapoptosisofgastricep
