1、2015年5月润滑与密封Mav2015第40卷第5期LUBRICAT10NENGINEERINGVo1.40No.5DOI:10.3969/j.issn.0254—0150.2015.05.018高压大型天然气快开盲板用C形橡胶圈密封性能分析石莹陈平周淑敏(北京化工大学机电工程学院北京100029)摘要:针对国内高压大型天然气过滤器快开盲板用c形橡胶密封圈,利用ABAQUS建立其有限元模型,分析密封槽宽度、内压、初始密封间隙、材料硬度、槽口倒角半径、钢圈直径对其性能的影响,得到这些参数的合理取值范围。结果表明:材料硬度对密封圈密封性能的影响较小,密封槽宽度对密封可靠
2、度有一定影响,随密封槽宽度增加,最大接触压力呈下降趋势,密封可靠度有所降低;随着内压的增加,最大接触压力与内压的差值呈增大趋势,密封可靠性增加:随初始密封间隙增加,应力增加,密封可靠度有所降低;密封槽口倒角半径对密封圈剪切破坏的影响较大,倒角半径增大密封圈发生局部剪切破坏的可能性增大;钢圈直径对c形橡胶圈应力应变影响较大,钢圈直径增大,剪切应力呈减小趋势。关键词:c形橡胶圈;接触压力;密封性能;快开盲板中图分类号:TH311;TH136文献标志码:A文章编号:0254—0150(2015)5-089-5SealingPerformanceAnalysisofRubb
