2、解等三个问题,提出了基于可拓逻辑的产品族可配置规划模型。首先通过共轭分析法得到需求基元,建立需求与产品族结构特征之间的映射关系,利用可拓规则推理,从定性角度得到能够满足顾客需求的一系列产品。然后在需求基元图中,应用变换矩阵对需求基元加以变换,由顾客根据变换结果再次输出需求基元,与最初需求基元计算相容度,利用改进的遗传算法动态取得配置阈值来判断变换的可行性。最后,利用可拓聚类和聚类图理论实现产品族内部的稳定模块和可变模块的划分。该方法已应用于冰箱原型系统设计。关键词:产品族;规划;配置设计;顾客需求;冲突消解
