2、性井漏等井下复杂事故,且多采用油基钻井液,其价格昂贵,若发生漏失,将造成重大经济损失。研制了一种具有疏松多孔内部微观结构的亲油型高分子树脂类油基钻井液封堵材料YDLJ一1。经实验证明,YDLJ.1具有良好的韧性与可变形性,能够保证注入地下时在地层裂缝中变形充填裂缝;具有良好的吸油膨胀性,5h最大吸油膨胀量可以达到其干重的5倍;抗温达150℃,在150℃老化30d仍然具有较高的抗压强度和变形特性;抗压强度是其他同类产品的20倍,正向封堵突破压力大于15MPa,反向突破压力为0.9MPa,能够满足防漏堵漏的要求。YD
