6、gthemechanistic-climaticlaboratorycharacterizationofthestudiedControlSectionHighway15-11(C.S.15-11)insiturecycledgranularbasestrengthenedwithfivealternatesystems:cement;asphaltemulsionwithandwithoutcement;andfoamedasphaltwithandwithoutcement.C.S.15-11insitugranularbasewasselectedasatypicalth
