3、olvedforindustryproductsqualityimprovementandlossreduction.Inthestudy,thevarietyruleofthefriction-inducednoisewasstudiedbymeansofthefriction-inducednoisetesting.Fortheconvenienceofmaterialselectioninthelaboratory,thematerialnoise—reducingpropertytestingeq
4、uipmentWaSdesigned.Thesoundinsulationcharacteristicsofpolyurethanerigidfoamsonthebasisofthfferentkindsofpolyetherweretested.Andtheapproachtoimprovethesoundinsulationpropertyofthepolyurethanerigidfoamswasdiscussed.Maininnovationandstudyachievementsaledescr
5、ibedasfollows:(1)AsetoffrictionnoisetestingsystemWaSsetuponthepin-ontester.IntheprocessoffrictiontestinginwhichtheTRIPsteelwithtransformationcharacteristicsiscontinuouslyslidinginunilateralism,varietyruleofthefrictionnoiseintensityWaSstudied.Therelationsh
6、ipbetweenfrictionnoisevarietyandtestingparameterWaSanalyzedbymeansofalteringtheinfluencefactorssuchastherelativeslidingrate,loadandlubricantconditionsintheprocessoftesting.Withthefrictionnoisefrequencycharacteristicscombined,thefrictionnoisemechanicswasst
