4、howtoimprovethiscostbyusingSixSigmatoolsandProjectManagementmethod.AcasestudyofdecreasingBSupplierSQCby20%isintroducedinthispaper.ThiscaseincludesthreephasesofProjectManagement,plan,implementandsummarize.SixSigmatoolsareusedinimplementphasetoimprovequalitycostcompletely.Thesuccessfulcompletionofthi
