6、atedlinesweredeterminedbyusingmolecularmakers.Inthisstudy,118SSRmarkerswereusedtodetectthepolymorphismof47localricematerials,andtheirgeneticdiversityandpopulationstructurewereanalyzed.Therewereatotalof255alleles,rangingfrom2to4perlocus,withthemeanof2.161.Geneticdivers
7、ityindexvariedfrom0.043to0.656withanaverageof0.303.Thepolymorphicinformationcontent(PIC)rangedfrom0.042to0.583withtheaverageof0.256.Therearetwohighlypolymorphicloci(PIC>0.5)and66moderatelypolymorphicloci(0.25<PIC<0.5).Allthelandracescouldbedividedintotwogroups,partial
8、indicagroupandpartialjaponicagroup,basedonthegeneticsimilaritycoefficientandmathematicalmodelofpopulationstructure.Therewasn
