1、硕士论文太湖沉积物磷形态的空间分布研究摘要随着社会经济的发展,太湖富营养问题日益突出,沉积物磷的内源释放是维持湖泊富营养化水平的一个重要因素。评价太湖的污染状况;研究沉积物中磷的内源负荷、磷赋予形态以及潜在释放能力等方面,对揭示湖泊富营养化具有重要的意义。本文应用淡水沉积物中磷形态的标准测定程序(SMT),研究了太湖营养水平不同的竺山湖、梅梁湾、东太湖、西部沿岸和湖心区5个湖区沉积物中磷形态分布及其垂向变化特征。并对不同磷形态与内源磷释放的关系进行探讨。评价结果发现,沉积物总磷的含量与其水体营养水平相一致;
2、太湖营养水平不同的5个湖区中,梅梁湾、竺山湖和西部沿岸处于中度富营养化,东太湖和湖心区处于轻度富营养化。研究结果表明,沉积物TP的变化范围为:300.93~1018.48mg/kg。TP主要由NaOH.P、OP和HCl.P组成,口由NaOH.P和HCl一P组成。沉积物中TP与各形态磷相关关系较好,TP以口占绝对组分,而IP与NaOH.P呈显著正相关。各湖区中沉积物的磷形态表现为空间差异较大,活性组分的差异要大于活性较差的组分。总体来说,中度富营养化湖区沉积物中NaOH.P和OP的含量高于轻度富营养化湖区。N
