4、ionoftomatoseedatthedifferentdaysaftersowinginclimaticchamber.The3gradesoflowtemperaturewere7~12℃,5~10℃,and3~8℃respectively,withtheCKwas18~25℃(minmaxtemperatureduring24hrs).Theresultsshowedthatthetomatoseedgerminationprocessbeganaffectedasthedailyaveragetemperaturewaslessthan100℃(c
5、orrespondingto7~12℃treatment),thetemperaturewaslower,theimpactongerminationwasgreatercomparedwithCK.Furthermore,theearlierlowtemperatureencountered,theimpactongerminationoftomatoseedwasgreater.Aslowtemperaturewasencounteredwithinthreedaysaftersowing,germinationpotentials,germinatingin
6、dex,germinationrateoftomatoseedwereallsharpdescend.Buteffectsoflowtemperatureonthreeindexesdecreasedsignificantlywhenitaffectedsixdaysaftersowing.Lowtemperatureeffectsontomatoseedgerminationresultedinthedescendofαamylaseactivities,andtheascendofrelativeionleakageoftomatoseed,andthusd
