2、其在社会经济中的地位和作用入手，从理论上分析了我国沿海港口发展物流的必然性和可行性；详细地研究了国内外沿海主要港口运营现状，分析了现代物流的发展对港口的要求，提出了适合我国沿海港口的物流中心模式、特许连锁经营模式、模拟物流企业模式等三种主要运营模式，并对各种模式进行定义，分析其特征和优势，提出建设的思路和具体方法；最后，以我国沿海港口宁波港为实例，具体研究港口物流运营模式的选取和实施，研究结论将对我国沿海港口物流运营战略模式的选择具有理论指导作用。本论文的研究不仅对我国港口发展物流有理论指导意义，同
