1、中国海洋大学硕士学位论文镁—镍系电致变色薄膜的电化学制备及性能姓名:孙武珠申请学位级别:硕士专业:材料物理与化学指导教师:苏革20090601寿命等性能测试,并对薄膜的结构进行了分析和表征,获得了镁掺杂的最佳沉积条件。能谱分析表明,薄膜中的镁含量最高为24%(摩尔分数)。本文对两种薄膜的结构和性能进行了比较,发现镁的掺杂对薄膜的电致变色性能没有明显的提高。因此,有关于镁及其他元素的掺杂对NiO薄膜光学性能的影响还有待于进一步的研究。关键词:电致变色;电化学沉积;氧化镍薄膜;循环寿命;稳定性。IIMg—Nie
