2、ockblockscompressedtosomeextentbytheabovestrata.Thebearingpressureofgobcandirectlyaffectthesafetyofminingfield,formationofroadretainedalongnextgoaf,andseepageofairandmethaneofgob.Inthispaper,thesoftwareRFPA’2000isusedtoconstructnumericalmodels,andespeciallytheEulermethodofcontrolvolumeisp
3、utforwardtosolvethesimulationdifficultycomefromplasticallyfinitedeformation.Theresultsshowthatthreecharacteristicregionsoccurredingobarea:(1)Naturallyaccumulatedregion,0~10mfarfromunbrokensurroundingrockwalls,thebearingpressurenearlybeingzero;(2)Overcompactedregion,10~20mfarfromunbrokenwa
4、lls,thebearingpressureresultinginthemaximumvalue;(3)Stablecompactionregion,morethan20mfarfromunbrokenwallsandoccupyingabsolutemajorityofgobarea,thebearingpressuresbasicallyhavingnodifferencethere.1IntroductionTheoverbrokenrockmassofgobareaisdifferentfromtheusualporousandfracturedrockmasse
5、s.Itismadeupofbrokenandaccumulatedrockblocks,whicharecompressedbytheabovestrataandincompactiontosomeextent.Experimentsshowthatoverbrokenrockmassesgenerateplasticallyfinitedeformationundersurroundingpressure.Tocalculatethebearingpressureofoverbrokenrockmassofgobarea,whichappearsduetotheabo
6、vestrataself-gravitationandrelativeactivity,andwhichexercisesdirectinfluencesonthesafetyofminingfield,formationofroadretainedalongnextgoafandseepageofairandmethaneofgob[1],theEulermethodofcontrolvolumeisintroducedheretosolvethesimulationdifficultycomefromplasticallyfinitedeformation.Inadd
