2、Fspraycraft.TheinfluenceoftheexistenceofNano/sub-micronsizedlubricantphasesonthepropertyofsolidself-lubricantcoatingswasresearchedduringthistest.AspecialapparatuswasdesignedandmanufacturedtopreparethebondstrengthtestsamplesinordertomeasurethebondstrengthoftheHVOFsprayedcoatingseffective
3、lyaswellasaneffectivemethodforevaluatingthefrictioncoefficientandwearresistanceofsolidself-lubricantcoatingsatbothroomtemperatureandhightemperaturewasestablished.Factorswhichinfluencethefrictionandwearpropertyofthesecoatingsareresearched.MicrostructuralanalysisshowsthatalargeamountofM7C
4、3existsinthecoating.LubricantphasesdistributearoundM7C3formasoft-hardalternatestructureinYAGlasercladcoatings.ThemicrohardnessofthiskindofcoatingisHV800orabout,itislowerthanthelaser-cladcoatingpreparedbypureNipowder.ThefrictioncoefficientofYAGlasercladNi60-BNandNi60-WS2coatingsisabout0.
5、37,itisabout30%lowerthanthefrictioncoefficientofYAGlaser-cladpureNi60coating(about0.5~0.6).Atroomtemperature,thewearresistanceofYAGlaser-cladNi60-BNmultiple-coatingisfivetimesorabovebetterthanYAGlaser-cladpureNi60whiletheYAGlaser-cladNi60-WS2multiple-coatingsistentimesorabovebetterthani
6、t.ThewearresistanceofYAGlaser-cladNi60-BNmultiple-coatingisfourtimesorabovebetterthanYAGlaser-cladpureNi60coatingwhiletheYAGlaser-cladNi60-WS2multiple-coatingsisthreetimesorabovebetterthanitat400℃.Nanosolidself-lubricantcoatingsarepreparedwithHVOFspraycraft,Inthisresearchthebondstrength
