3、nmentallyfriendlyandmoree缳cientzeolite-basedprocesses,whichcallproduceisopropylbenzeneatlowmolarratioofbenzenetopropylene.Inthepresentwork,wepresentacomparsionoftheperformanceofBetazeolitewithMCM.22zeoliteintheisopropylbenzeneproduction。MCM.22behavcshigherstabilityinthealkylationreactionatlOWt
4、emperatureandlOWfeedratioofbenzenetopropylenethanBetazeolite。HoweveritsactivityandstabilityaremuchlowerthanBetazeolteinthetransalkylationreactionofdiisopropylbenzene(DIPBs)andbenzene,meanwhilethemolarratioofn.propylbenzetoisopropylbenzeoverMCM.22zeoliteiS2.5timesasthat.overBetazeolite.MoldedBe
5、tacatalystinthelaboratorybehaveshighactivityandlonglifetimeinthealkylationreactionofbenzenewithpropylene,andthemolarratioofn-propylbenzetoisopropylbenzeisabout150ppm.Butinthetransalky’lationreactionofdiisopropylbenzeneandbenzene;themolarratioiSupto9000ppm。弧omolarratioofn-propylbenzenetoisoprop
