4、,theundergroundhospitalandSOon.Thedomesticundergroundmarketandtheundergroundbusinessstreetisalsodevelopingveryquickly.Ithasbecametheimportantconstituentofthemajorandmediumcitybusinessnet.Theelectricityloadoftheairconditioningontheseplacesisincreasingra
5、pidlytoexertthehugepressureonthecityelectricalnetwork.Specially,theelectricityusingatpeakandvalleytimehasmadetheimbalancedphenomenontobemoreprominent.Underthisbackground,theicestoragethatcaneffectivelybalancethepeakandvalleybeginstodevelopinourcountryg
6、radually.Becausetheinvestmentexpensesofthepureicestorageprojectismuchmorethantheconventionalair—conditioningproject,SOtheicestorageprojectusedwithcoldairdistributiontechnologyenablestheinvestmentexpensestoreducegreatly,evenpossiblylowerthantheconventio
7、nalairconditioningproject.Atpresent,twomainreasonsrestrictingthecoldairdistributiontechnologytodevelopinourcountryisshownasfollow:(1)Theairmassofcoldairdistributionislittel,soitmaycreateindoorairqualitytobelow;(2)thetemperatureofcoldairdistributionislo
