3、desulfurizingproblemoftechnologicalprocessinproducingalumina．ThispaperstudiestheleachingfunctionofhighgradebauxitecontainingsulfurofGuizhouaccordingtothehigh-pressuredigestiontheoryofthediasporebauxite．AsfarasworkingproceduresegmentofBayermethodisconcerned，inordertored

4、ucethedesulfurizingburdenofdigestedslurry，thequantityofdesulfurizationandthecostofdesulfurizing，wemustcontrolsuitablehigh—pressuredigestioncondition．UnderthepremiseofgainingthehighyieldofA1203，weshouldtryourbesttokeepthesulfuroutofliquid．Soitisnecessaryforustostudythel

5、eachingfunctionofhighgradebauxitecontainingsulfurdeeply．Discussingtheeffectparametersofleachingratioamongthefourinfluencingfactors：alkali·consistency，leaching-temperature，alkali—consistencyandleaching—time，theoptimalanalysisaboutthedigestionofGuizhouhighgradebauxitecon

6、tainingsulfuradoptingorthogonalcross—courseanalysishavebeenmade，themathematicmodelofoptimaldigestionconditionhavebeenfoundandthesuitableconditionofleachingtechnologyhavebeengained．It’Soptimumconditionsarethatleaching-temperatureis260"C，alkali—consistency195g／l，CaO12％an
