3、desulfurizingproblemoftechnologicalprocessinproducingalumina.ThispaperstudiestheleachingfunctionofhighgradebauxitecontainingsulfurofGuizhouaccordingtothehigh-pressuredigestiontheoryofthediasporebauxite.AsfarasworkingproceduresegmentofBayermethodisconcerned,inordertored
4、ucethedesulfurizingburdenofdigestedslurry,thequantityofdesulfurizationandthecostofdesulfurizing,wemustcontrolsuitablehigh—pressuredigestioncondition.UnderthepremiseofgainingthehighyieldofA1203,weshouldtryourbesttokeepthesulfuroutofliquid.Soitisnecessaryforustostudythel
5、eachingfunctionofhighgradebauxitecontainingsulfurdeeply.Discussingtheeffectparametersofleachingratioamongthefourinfluencingfactors:alkali·consistency,leaching-temperature,alkali—consistencyandleaching—time,theoptimalanalysisaboutthedigestionofGuizhouhighgradebauxitecon
6、tainingsulfuradoptingorthogonalcross—courseanalysishavebeenmade,themathematicmodelofoptimaldigestionconditionhavebeenfoundandthesuitableconditionofleachingtechnologyhavebeengained.It’Soptimumconditionsarethatleaching-temperatureis260"C,alkali—consistency195g/l,CaO12%an
