2、operatingperformanceofRootsBlowerdirectly.ThroughresearchofCAD/CAMtechnologyforimpeller,thedesignandmanufacturequalityofproductcanbegreatlyimproved,andtheoperationalreliabilityofimpellerCanbeguaranteed.Circularprofile,involuteprofile,cycloidprofilearethreebasicbladeprofilesofRoo
3、tsBlowerimpeller.Theequationofthethreebasicbladeprofilesareanalyzedandresearchedflrstly,andselectionofradialdistanceandaxialdistanceratio,calculationofareautilizationfactoraretheoreticallyanalyzed.ThedesignefficiencyofimpellerCanbelargelyenhancedthroughparametricdesign.Inthefoun
4、dationofanalysissumnlaryofthemethodsofparametricdesign,researchofparametricdesignforimpellerbasedonSolidWorksisdeveloped.Ideaforparametricmodelingofimpellerthatissuitableforallkindsofbladeprofileisproposed,andtheparametricdesignflowofimpellerisestablished.TakingVisualBasicasdeve
5、lopmentkit,underSolidWorksenvironment,functionofparametricmodelingoffivekindofimpellers,includingtwobladecircularimpeller,threebladecircularimpeller,twobladeinvoluteimpeller,threebladeinvoluteimpeller,twobladecycloidimpeller,arerealized.Usingdynamicgraphicalsimulationtechnology,
