3、ofGas-assistedinjectionmoldingbutalsohasuniqueandsignificanceadvantages.Forexample,fastercycletime,thin-section,betterinnersurfacequalityandcanbeusedtomanufacturelargediameterparts.Typicalapplicationsinclude:plate,tubeandbarparts.Ithaswideapplicationprosp
4、ect.Water-assistedinjectionmoldinginvolvesthedynamicinteractionoftwototallydifferentmaterialsaboutpolymermeltandwater.Water-assistedinjectionmoldingcoolsthematerialbothinternallybythewaterandexternallybythemetallicmold.Itmusthaveaneffectontheflowingofpoly
5、mermelt,materialdistributionandpartsquality.Thesenewwater-relatedprocessingparametersincludetheamountofmeltinjection,melttemperature,moldtemperature,watertemperatureandwaterpressuredirectlyaffectmeltcooling,crystalline,materialdistributionandpartsquality.
6、Optimizedandcontroltheseparametershaveanimportantvalueonthesuccessofwater-assistedinjectionmoldingtechnology.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofthefluidsflowbehaviorinthreedimensionalthincavitiesinwater-assistedinjectionmoldingprocess,basedongeneralNewtonianf
