3、romanewpointofview.ThekeytechniquesforKMSarestudiedinthispaper,witchinvolvingthearchitectureofKMS,OntologybasedmodelingofKnowledgeBase,usermodelandthe'techniquesforactiveserviceofknowledgeandthesecurableaccessmodelsofknowledge.Themaincontributionsoftheresearchareasbelow:1.Basedonanalyzingthechara
4、cteristicsofKMSandthedevelopingtrendofmodemsoRwarearchitectme,aevolvableandservice-orientedKMSarchitecture饵SOKMA)isproposed,whichCansupporttheevolutionofKMS,distributedmassKB,knowledgesharing,knowledgeservicesandtheintegrationofdifferentsystems.2.AnOntologybasedknowledgebasemodelfornonstructuralk
