4、doptthemulti-Agenttechnologytostudyurbantrafficsignalcontrolproblem.Inthispaper,combinedwithAgenttechnology,adistributedandcoordinatedtrafficsignalcontrolsystembasedonUTSCAisproposed.Firstly,thispapercarriedonstructuraldesignforUTSCAatsingleintersection,describeditsworkprocess,andhasc
