4、iquidfilmonthesurfaceofahorizontalmetaliictube.Theaveragevelocityoftherisingliquidfilmisgotbyusingthetrackingmethod.Thetemperaturefieldofthesteadyandunsteadyprocessoftherisingliquidfilmisachievedbytheinfraredthermalimagerandtheinfluenceofthethermo—capillaryflow
5、hasbeenanalyzed.Establishheattransferequipmentofrisingliquidfilmonthesurfaceofahorizontalmetallictubeandthecircumferentialtemperatureofthesurfaceismeasuredby0.5mmarmoredthermocouplelaidusinglaserscanningtechnologytoachievethedistributionoftheheattransfer.OnthiS
6、basis,acombustiontrainutilizingtherisingliquidfilmisinventedanditsauxiliaryprogramisdeveloped.numericalandexperimentalresultsshowthatthecontinuousandevenrisingliquidfilmcanformbyusingahorizontalmetallicmeshtube,whichisinfluencedbymicrocapillarypressure,wettingf
7、orce,circumferentialtemperaturedifference,bubbles,andotherfactorscombined.Thevelocityoftherisingliquidfilmisalsoinfluencedbythesizeofthetubeandthegapbetweenthem.Thehorizontalmetallicmeshtubecouldstrengthentheheatandmasstransfer,whichhassomethingⅡtodowiththeheat
