4、narrowandmonotony．Forcontinuousdevelopmentoftheroadinfrastructureconstruction，thereisveryimportanttodeepentheinvestmentandfinancingreform，toresearchforthepolicyimplication，toseekformulti-channelandcreativefinancingmethodsaccordingwiththemarketeconomyoperation．Thisdissertationhasmainlyres
