3、rmalstressthatisresultedfromtemperaturegradient.Practiceshowsthatslottingandfillingmaterialseffectivewayofreducingvibrationandnoise.However,becausecomplexmechanicalandacousticproblemexistintheprogressofvibrationofcircularsaw,thetotalandsystematicresearchesonvibr
4、ationandnoiseofcircularsawbladewithslotsandfillingmaterialshavebeenstillratherrare.Uptonow,Noaccuratetheoryhasbeenusedtoexplaintheeffectofslottocircularsawblade.ItbecomesabottleneckofthistypeofSaw’sinnovation.Duetotheabovereasons,numericalanalysisandexperimental
5、studyhavebeenconductedinthisthesis,whichstemmedfromthemechanismofvibrationandnoiseofcircularsaw.Throughdiscussingtheinfluenceofslotparameterstovibrationcharacteristicofcircularsaw,optimizationmethodhasbeenprovided.Theresearchprovidestheoreticalguidanceforrelevan
6、tbladesenterprises.Themainworkwillbeconcludedasfollows:(1)Theequationofvibrationofcircularsawbladewithoutanyslotisestablishedincombinationwithplatekinetiestheory.NaturalfrequancyoffreevibrationoncommancircularsawbladearecalculatedbasedonMATLABprogram.Theresultco
