1、北京工业大学博士学位论文微型制冷系统仿真与实验研究姓名:钟晓晖申请学位级别:博士专业:热能工程指导教师:马重芳;吴玉庭20070406北京T业人学T学磷I’掌位论义在建立压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器和毛细管各部件模型的旗础上,采用顺序模块法,根据制冷剂质量平衡和部件之问的能量平衡关系式,建立了空气一水微型制冷系统的稳念仿真模型。对比结果表明,模拟值与实测值比较吻合。利用系统模型预测了在压缩机转速、环境温度、蒸发器进水温度以及毛细管长度变化的情况下,系统性能的变化情况。提出了制冷系统的优化方法,根据系统
2、仿真程序得到了在冷凝器长度、蒸发器长度变化的情况下系统的各项性能。对制冷系统微型化以后引起的熵产率变化进行了分析,并就具体实例进行了计算,计算结果表明,制冷系统尺寸减小以后,压缩机内的熵产率及系统内不可逆热传导引起的熵产率增加,而换热器由温差引起的熵产率减小,由摩擦引起的熵产率的增加。因此,对于微型制冷系统,提高微型压缩机的加工精度及减少系统内部热漏是系统成功运转的关键。关键词:微型制冷系统;仿真;熵产分析;稳态模型¨AbstractThedevelopmentofMEMSmakesitposs
