2、tionaretwoimportantparametersforinvestigatingtheperformanceofstirredtank.Basedontheprototypeofallactualfermentationstirredtank,thisPaDercarriedouttheflowfieldanalysisandstructuraloptimizationbyusingnumericalsimulations.Themainresearchesandconclusionsaleasfollows:(1)Accordingtotheanaly

3、sisandcomparebetweenthestirredtankwithandwithoutdraR.tubethroughthesimulationofflowfield.findthatunderthecooperationofimpellersanddraft.tube.theflowintheaxialdirectionhasbeenreinforced,andthemixtureeffectoffluidsarrangingintheupperlayerandlowerlayerrespectivelyhasbeenimprovedevidently

4、.Atthesametime.theliquidneartheimpellernolongerrotatealongwiththeimpeller.Asaresult.thepowerconsumptionofmixturehasbeendeclinedby12%comparedwiththesituationwithoutadraft.tube.andtheflowfieldinthetankhasbecomeanidealone.(2)Aftertheanalysisofmanygroupsofstructuresbychoosingstructurepara

5、meters,therearesomesatisfiedcombinationsamongthem.Intheseconditions,theflowfieldinthetankhasbeenaidealonethatflowsinainerraticway.(3)Theresearchesabouttheinfluenceofimpellerrotatingindifferentspeedandthedifferenceinpowerconsumptionhavebeenconducted.Accordingtoourconclusion,theincrease

6、oftherotatespeedofimpellerinclinetolittlechangeintheflowingpatternofthefluidsinthetank.However,thepowerconsumptionwilltripleifdoublingtherotatingspeedofimpeller.(4)Comparedwithsingle-paddlestirredtank,thepowerconsumptionofdual—paddlestirredtankincreasesasmushas170%,butabetterflowfield

7、distributioncomesout,withlargereffe:ctivemixedarea.Inaddition,AfterresearchingthedifferenceoftheflowfiledowingtOdifferentdistancebetweentwopaddlesofthedual—paddlestirredtank,theresultsshowthat:anappropriateincreaseinthedistanceisconducivetoimprovethemixingeffectandlowerpowerconsumptio
