1、复合混凝土(全文都用这个名称)胶浆-集料界面区微观结构特征摘要:界面特征直接影响复合材料性能。针对半刚性面层复合材料与乳化沥青混凝土材料浆体-集料界面区微观结构特征的不同,采用SEM等微观测试手段,对复合材料浆体-集料界面区微观结构进行研究,提出结构特征。结果表明,与乳化沥青浆体相比,水泥乳化沥青复合浆体表面存在许多突起,主要由沥青包裹的矿粉与未水化水泥组成的粒状颗粒和C-S-H凝胶及自由沥青构成,并相互交织;水泥、矿粉等无机填料没有与乳化沥青破乳产生的沥青发生明显反应。在复合材料表面,浆体结构疏松,与集料表面距离较大,存在明显浆体-集料界面;在复合材料内部,集料表面浆体光滑,沥青数量较多,

5、,suchascementandmineralpowder,andasphaltfromemulsifiedasphaltde-emulsion.Onsurfaceofthecompositematerial,thereexistsloosecompositemortar,bigdistancefromtheaggregatetothecompositemortarandevidentinterfacebetweenaggregateandmortar.Inthecompositematerial,therearesmoothmortarandmuchasphaltontheaggregat
