4、rossseachannelconstructionprojectintothe"12thFive-Year"plan,andstriveto"12thFive-Year"duringconstruction.Notforalongtime,theroadwilleventuallybecome.MoveforalongtimeQiongzhouStraitisoneofChina'sthreemajorStraits,locatedbetweentheLeizhouPeninsulaandHainanIsla
5、nd,80kmlong,20-40kmwide.FerryacrosstheQiongzhouStrait,ferry,theopeningofthecrossseatrainalsoneedspecialrailwayferryferry,needtoopen3hours.AccordingtotheHainanProvincialDepartmentofcommunicationsforecast,by2020,thetotaldemandforseatransportinHainanwillreach56
6、millionpassengers,freightvolumeof93million700thousandtons.TheQiongzhouStraitwithwaterdepth,wind,waves,torrentandcomplicatedgeologicalstructure,highseismicintensity,thenavigationrequirementshighercharacteristic,crossseachannelconstructionconditioniscomplex,co
