1、前言健康安全环保是油气矿始终如一的宗旨和最重要的工作之一。牢固树立“环保优先，安全第一，质量至上，以人为本”的理念，追求“零事故、零伤害、零污染”，是我们共同的心愿和目标。实现这个目标，要靠员工转变观念，逐步养成安全工作的习惯，提高安全生产和安全管理的能力，油气矿组织编制了川中油气矿《安全知识读本》。本读本是油气矿HSE体系建设的新成果。它集中体现了集团公司、分公司、油气矿HSE理念、标准和制度的重点内容，从转变观念出发，提供全体员工常用风险控制方法，突出了安全理念和基本安全知识内容。本读本是试行版，在内容的全面性、专
