1、-_内容摘要本文以链家地产员工的薪酬激励体系为研究对象，通过对链家地产员工薪酬激励现状的分析，依据薪酬体系的设计原则并结合本公司的战略目标及实际发展状况，对链家地产员工的薪酬激励体系进行设计。本文首先讨论研究的背景及意义，重点从理论角度综述相关的薪酬激励理论，在此理论基础上提出本文的研究思路及方法；其次介绍链家地产的概况，重点分析公司目前在员工薪酬激励中存在的问题及原因；针对公司目前在员工薪酬激励方面存在的问题，提出薪酬改革的有效方式，通过选择合适的员工薪酬激励模式、确定合理的薪酬体系构成要素，从而设计出一套能够有效激励员工的薪酬激励体系。关键词:薪酬激励薪酬体系激励员工-_Abstrac
