1、摘要UG面向过程驱动的技术是虚拟产品开发的关键技术，在面向过程驱动技术的环境中，用户的数据库，真正实现了CAD/CAE/CAM等各个模块之间的无数据交换的自由切换，完全共享零件和产品模型的数据，为协同工作提供了基础。衣夹模型不是一个规则的几何对称体，有很多曲面，而UG软件不仅具有强大的实体造型，曲面造型，虚拟装配和产生工程图等设计功能，在设计过程中还可以进行有限元分析，机构运动分析，动力学分析，完成产品概念设计，模型建立，性能分析和运动分析，加工刀路得生成等整个产品的生产过程，实现真正意义上的无纸化生产。该造型主要分三个步骤完成
2、，首先是建立衣夹的整体模型，设计它的外型，其次是设计弹簧，这个部分比较简单，但尺寸要把握好，最后是装配。主要就是这三个部分，其中第一步比较复杂点，我是通过边叙述边插图的方法写的，这样简单明了，最后一步，装配稍微有些复杂，毕竟不是规则对称的实体，而是曲面实体，所以我是拉伸一个小型圆柱几何体，当然不影响外观，也不影响它的功能。关键词：UG造型衣夹26AbstractUGprocessorienteddrivetechnologyisthekeytechnologyofvirtualproductdevelopmentprocess,
