1、本科毕业论文摘要随着我国工业的不断发展,对能源利用、开发的合理性与有效性的要求不断提高,从而对换热器性能的要求也日益加强。特别是对换热器的研究必须满足各种特殊情况和苛刻条件的要求。因此,在换热器的生产及研究开发上除了满足各种必需的工艺条件之外,对它的综合性能也提出了更高的要求。深入研究换热器结构参数、流动参数与换热性能三方面综合性能对换热器参数优化设计,缩短设计周期,提高设计效率和经济效益都具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文主要从换热器的原理和构造阐述了换热器的换热性能,并且通过换热器的传热计算明确了影响换热器传热的关键参数。同
2、时为了提高换热器的换热特性,提出了高效相变换热器,明白了它的换热过程和途径,以及高效相变换热器的分类特点和应用范围。同时阐述了相变换热器结垢过程和结垢带来的消耗,以及为了减少换热器结垢采取的相应措施。高效热管换热器在余热回收当中显著的换热效果。现在,为了充分体现换热器的高效回收余热和节能降耗的传热特性,国内外在改进换热器的性能,提高传热效率,减少传热面积降低压降,提高装置热强度等方面取得了显著的成绩。关键词:高效相变换热器、回收余热、节能降耗、热管换热器本科毕业论文AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelop
