1、西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)固定型气体驱动射流泵采油装置设计摘要:射流泵采油是常用的机采方式之一,由于其结构简单无运动部件,紧凑可靠,使用寿命长和检修方便等特点,射流泵不仅在油井采油应用广泛,而且还被用于陆上及海上探井试油、油井排酸及气井排液等。本文研究的蒸汽驱动射流泵采油装置,主要通过运用伯努利方程、气体的质量守恒定理、气体的动量守恒定理进行分析计算。在对射流泵尺寸设计的基础上对拉瓦尔管进行了简单分析介绍;在研究蒸汽射流泵特性分析的基础上对以其他物质为动力液的采油装置进行了初步了解,并对蒸汽
2、的流核做了初步的了解。蒸汽采油装置是通过压能转换成动能实现的,蒸汽在喉管内与地层液混合,将动能传递给地层液使其能量增大,从而将混合液举升到地面。以蒸汽为动力液,驱动喷射泵工作,开采过程中,高温高压蒸汽不仅为稠油举升提供能量,又能提高稠油温度,降低稠油粘度,改善井筒流动条件;此外,举升至井口的地层流体温度较高,流动性较好,可以有效的减小地面集输阻力。因此以蒸汽为动力液在射流泵采油技术的发展上有广阔的前景,本文在此就对蒸汽射流泵采油的装置加以设计计算。关键词:固定型;蒸汽驱动;压力计算;射流泵;参数计
