3、范大学学位评定委员会2015年5月AbstractRecently,Englishteachinggotthephasedobjectives.WiththepromulgationandreformofNewCurriculumStandard,manyforeignlanguagetalentsarefostered.ButChinacoversavastgeographicarea.Theunbalancedeconomyleadstotheunbalancededucation.Insomeruralareas,Englishteachingmetho

4、disbackwardandbreachestheruleofNewCurriculumStandard.Grammar-translateteachingmethodisthemainteachingmethodinthoseschools,andthecomprehensivelanguageabilityisignored,especiallyoralEnglish.Thispaperisbasedon“OutputHypothesis”and“InteractiveHypothesis”,whichisanempiricalstudy.Inordert

5、ofindtheproblemsandcountermeasuresoforalEnglishteachingandlearninginruralmiddleschools,theauthorusesquestionnairesandinterviewtodoresearch.Theauthorchosetwohundredstudentsandeighty-fiveteachersasthesubjectofquestionnaireandtenstudentsandeightteachersasthesubjectsofinterview.Theywere

6、allfromtheruralmiddleschoolsofJilinandHeilongjiangprovincesandInnerMongoliaautonomousregion.Aftergettingthedata,theauthorusedthesoftwareSPSSandExceltoanalyzethedata.Aftertheanalyzingstudents’questionnaires,theauthorgotsomefindings:1).Students’attitudeoforalEnglishlearningisnegative.

7、2).TheyspendlittletimeonoralEnglish.3).CampusenvironmentcannotimprovehelpfortheiroralEnglishlearning.Andfromteachers’questionnairesandinterviews,theauthoralsogotsomefindings:1).Theacademiclevelofteacherswasfarfromstandardlevel.2).Currentteachingbehaviorwentagainstthecomprehensivelan
