1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文老年社区及其居住环境研究姓名：刘倩申请学位级别：硕士专业：城市规划与设计指导教师：李景奇20070614华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要当前世界人口正面临着老龄化的趋势,老龄化正在快速地从发达国家向发展中国家转移。我国也在1999年全面进入老龄化社会。从社会经济发展角度来看，人口老龄化是社会经济进步和科学文化发展的必然结果，是现代化城市的标志之一。与世界其他国家相比，我国人口老龄化具有发展快、人口数量大，超前于经济发展等特点，必将使国民经济和社会发展面临巨大挑战,所有这些与居民生活息息相关，成为住宅建设中亟待应对的课题。本论

2、文以老年社区的居住环境为研究对象，以人口老龄化对居住社区的影响为切入点，在对国内外相关的研究回顾总结后，对我国老年社区的居住实态进行调查分析，并找出当前老年社区规划建设中存在的问题，然后结合对老年人的特征分析，从老年社会学、环境行为学、城市规划等多领域的相关理论方法入手，探索我国理想老年社区的合理建设模式，并为此模式下的老年社区的规划建设以及户外空间提出了一些可行的策略。关键词：老龄化养老模式老年社区居住环境社区规划I华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractRecentlythepopulationoftheworldisonthetrendo
