1、天津大学硕士学位论文砌体结构温度裂缝非线性有限元分析姓名:徐昌兴申请学位级别:硕士专业:结构工程指导教师:梁建文20070601中文摘要砌体结构是我匿住宅建筑中广泛采用结构形式,两温度裂缝是砌体缝构孛常见又亟待解决的问题。本文运用非线性有限元分析方法,以一栋建筑物为基础,采用不同模型对砌体建筑温度裂缝进行仿真分析,主要得出以下结论:在夏季正温差作用下,阳面墙体裂缝严重,阴面墙体裂缝轻微;项层墙体裂缝严重,下层墙体轻微;端部墙体裂缝严重,中阀墙体轻微;’门窗洞口角部和屋耍板相接的墙体容易出现裂缝。夏季升温易造成墙体“八字形”裂缝和墙项水平缝,冬季降温易在墙体形成群
2、倒八字形’’裂缝和底层窗台下垂直裂缝。影响温度裂缝的主要因素:湿差、建筑物总长度、屋顶形式、开洞率和构造柱。随着温差升篙、长度增加,墙体的主拉应力增大,裂缝更严重;开洞率越大,墙体面积越小,建筑物刚度降低,墙体主拉应力增大,裂缝增多;设置构造柱可降低墙体水平位移,提高墙体的抗裂性能;坡屋顶下墙体应力较平屋顶下低,坡屋顶有剩于减轻墙体裂缝,屋顶和墙体采用保温隔热层可以明显降低温度应力,裂缝能得到有效控制,同时提出铺设保温层时应注意的问题。针对影响墙体裂缝的因素提出了降低温度应力、预防温度裂缝的有效方法和措施。关键词:砌体结构温度裂缝有限元非线性ABSTRACTMa
