2、logyWuhan,Hubei430081,P.R.ChinaMay,2015摘要射流管伺服阀因抗污染能力强、维护容易、先导级磨蚀小、先导级效率高、分辨率高、低压供油时工作稳定、力矩马达结构稳定等特点,被广泛的应用在各个领域。但射流管放大器流场特性复杂,其特性很难准确的预测。因而,射流管伺服阀主要依靠试验与经验进行设计。本文基于流体仿真方法建立其整体数学模型,为射流管伺服阀的设计与优化提供了参考依据。本文介绍了射流管伺服阀的结构与工作原理,针对射流管伺服阀的射流管放大器建立了三维流场的简化模型并进行数值仿
3、真。研究了射流管放大器的静态特性,获得了射流管放大器在不同几何结构参数和不同偏离位移时的流场特性,并通过数学拟合方法获得了恢复压力方程、恢复流量方程、流量—压力方程,为射流管伺服阀放大器的优化设计奠定了基础和构建射流管伺服阀的整体数学模型提供了参考依据。根据射流管伺服阀的结构及工作原理,建立力矩马达、衔铁组件、射流管放大器、滑阀的数学模型,最终建立了完整的射流管伺服阀的数学模型,根据数学模型和传递函数运用计算机仿真软件Matlab/simulink对阀进行频率特性和时域特性分析。关键词:射流管伺服阀;流场
