5、udentsandnonspecialistresearcherswishingtofamiliarizethemselveswiththetopicconcerned.Forthisreason,traditionalproceedingscannotbeconsideredforthisseriesthoughvolumestoappearinthisseriesareoftenbasedonmaterialpresentedatconferences,workshopsandschools.Acc
6、eptanceAprojectcanonlybeacceptedtentativelyforpublication,byboththeeditorialboardandthepublisher,followingthoroughexaminationofthematerialsubmitted.Thebookproposalsenttothepublishershouldconsistatleastofapreliminarytableofcontentsoutliningthestructureoft
