1、天津大学硕士学位论文管壳式换热器的优化设计姓名:吴立军申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:陈旭;戚思清20081001中文摘要管壳式换热器是广泛应用于各个领域的工业设备,在国民经济中具有非常重要的作用。换热器强化传热的方式通常有三种:扩展传热面积;加大传热温差;提高传热系数。从强化传热的强化机理出发,对各种强化型换热器的结构特点、强化效果、适用工况及应用进行了详细的分析,可为正确选择强化型换热器提供了理论依据。壳程和管程的强化传热是管壳式换热器强化传热的两个重要方面。本文简述了管壳式换热器壳程和管程强化的研究进展,在介绍螺旋折流板管壳式换热器的结构及
2、原理的基础上,对壳程传热强化及阻力特性的研究现状进行了总结,分析了壳侧流体的流动和换热机理,表明螺旋折流板结构是改善壳侧流动换热性能的有效措施。采用计算流体动力学方法对比研究了不同操作参数对弓形折流板换热器以及螺旋折流板换热器性能的影响。以齐鲁石油化工股份有限公司某车间生产装置中标准换热器设计为例,检验本文所提供螺旋折流板换热器结构设计及性能的可靠性。关键词:换热器、螺旋折流板、强化传热、传热系数ABSTRACTShellandtubeheatexchangersarewidelyusedandhasveryimportantroleinthenation

5、eheatexchangerintensifiedheattransfer.Thepaperpresentsheattransferenhancementresearchdevelopmentinshellsideandtubesideofshell-and-tubeheatexchanger.Helicalbafflesareemployedincreasinglytoimprovetheshell—sideheattransferperformanceforshell—and-tubeheatexchangerinrecentyears.Inthepr
